These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of razspectrumoffers.com (the “Site”) and any phone-based consultations, orders, or support (collectively, the “Services”) provided by RAZ Tele Co LLC d/b/a RAZ Spectrum (“RAZ Spectrum,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site or engaging with us by phone, you agree to these Terms.

1) Who We Are & Our Relationship with Spectrum

RAZ Spectrum is an Authorized Charter Spectrum® Dealer. We help new and existing customers learn about Spectrum offers and complete orders directly with Spectrum. Spectrum network services (Internet, TV, Voice, Mobile, etc.) are provided by Charter Communications Operating, LLC or its affiliates (“Spectrum/Charter”) and are subject to Spectrum’s own agreements, policies, and service availability—not RAZ Spectrum’s. Trademarks: Charter, Spectrum, and related marks are the property of Charter Communications. Use on this Site indicates authorization/affiliation only and does not imply ownership by RAZ Spectrum.

2) Eligibility & Geographic Availability

Spectrum services are available only in qualifying areas and to eligible customers as determined by Spectrum. Service availability, speeds, pricing, equipment, taxes/fees, and promotions may vary by address and are controlled by Spectrum.

3) Our Role in the Order Process

  • Consultation & Quote: We provide phone-based guidance about current Spectrum plans, promotions, and qualifications.
  • Information Collection: To place an order, Spectrum may require personal information for identity and credit checks. You authorize us to transmit your information to Spectrum solely to complete requested transactions.
  • Order Submission: We submit your chosen package to Spectrum for provisioning. Your service contract is with Spectrum, not RAZ Spectrum.
  • Commission Disclosure: We may receive a commission or referral fee from Spectrum for successful activations or plan changes.

4) Prices, Promotions & Disclaimers

Quotes provided by RAZ Spectrum are based on Spectrum’s then-current offers and eligibility rules at the time of your call. Final pricing, promotional credits, discounts, and term details are established by Spectrum when your order is accepted and may change prior to installation/activation. Additional taxes, fees, surcharges, equipment fees, and one-time charges may apply per Spectrum’s policies and your location.

5) Billing, Installation, Equipment & Support

All billing, installation scheduling, equipment provisioning/returns, service support, and account management are handled by Spectrum under its own policies and agreements. For assistance, visit your Spectrum account portal or support pages:

6) E-Sign Consent

By proceeding with an order, you consent to receive and sign documents electronically when offered by us or Spectrum. You may withdraw consent where permitted by law, which may delay order processing.

7) Call Recording & TCPA Consent

Calls with RAZ Spectrum may be recorded for quality, compliance, and verification. By calling or providing your number, you consent to receive calls and text messages related to quotes, orders, installation, and account updates from us and/or Spectrum, including via autodialer or prerecorded messages, even if your number is on a Do-Not-Call list. Message/data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by informing the agent or replying STOP (for SMS where supported).

8) Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information to determine eligibility and place orders.
  • Review Spectrum’s applicable agreements and policies before activation, including any acceptable use rules.
  • Return any Spectrum equipment as required to avoid fees.

9) Acceptable Use & Third-Party Policies

Use of Spectrum services is subject to Spectrum’s Acceptable Use Policy and related rules. See: Acceptable Use & Network Management.

10) No Warranties; Service Provided by Spectrum

RAZ Spectrum does not control Spectrum’s network, equipment, installation, repair timelines, or service quality and makes no warranties regarding them. THE SITE AND OUR CONSULTATIVE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. Any warranties relating to service performance are solely as provided by Spectrum.

11) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RAZ SPECTRUM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOST PROFITS; LOST DATA; COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES; OR SERVICE OUTAGES/DELAYS ATTRIBUTABLE TO SPECTRUM OR OTHER THIRD PARTIES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE/ SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).

12) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RAZ Spectrum and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms or applicable Spectrum policies.

13) Intellectual Property

The Site (excluding Spectrum marks) and its contents are owned or licensed by RAZ Spectrum and protected by intellectual property laws. Spectrum®, Charter®, and other brand names/logos are the property of Charter Communications and used under authorization.

14) Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Spectrum’s handling of your data for provided network services is governed by Spectrum’s privacy practices and agreements.

15) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective upon posting to this page with the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site/Services after changes constitutes acceptance.

16) Dispute Resolution; Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflicts of law rules. You agree to first contact us to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. If we cannot resolve a dispute, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state or federal courts located in Boone County, Indiana, unless applicable law requires otherwise. You and we waive any right to a jury trial to the maximum extent permitted by law.
